When you place order to SKYMERCE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Every order, payment, and delivery follows these rules.
These Terms override any other written or verbal conditions unless SKYMERCE gives written approval

Terms may change at any time, and each purchase follows the terms active at that time.

General Conditions

Minimum order quantity

Our minimum order quantity is 150 pieces. We are unable to manufacture orders below this threshold.

Pricing

• Prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars).
• GST is not included.

Payment

• Production starts only after a 50% deposit is received.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.
• If your order details change or need correction, we will contact you

Delivery

• If an incorrect address is provided, delays or losses are your responsibility.
• Once dispatched, delivery timing is out of our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before production begins.
After production starts, cancellation is not possible,except under our Returns Policy.

Returns

• Faulty items will be repaired or remade — no return.
• If your order does not meet the specifications you provided, or if there is any issue, it will be return within 30 days of receiving your order

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected under Privacy Laws.
Any information you provide is used according to our Privacy Policy.

Indemnity

Force Majeure

If an unexpected event happens (e.g., natural disaster, strikes),
we may delay or pause services without liability.
